Jon Peckman, an Eight To The Bar almnus from Wallingford, CT can currently be seen on stage with Jeff Pitchell, Feathmerchants, Jeff Pevar, or just about anywhere from Maine to Florida fulfilling his duty as a first-call New England drummer. Jon's work can be found on CDs by Donna Martin, Margo Hennebach, FeatherMerchants, Sweeter Than Wine, Dana Pomfret, Todd Royce Morton, Backroads to Tomorrow, and more.

Jon was the recipient of the Hartford Advocate Reader's Choice Award for Best Drummer for nine years running. He has completed 4 solo CDs under his writer/producer pseudonym, “Buzzy Neon”, and is the house drummer at Jim Chapdelaine's recording studio in Connecticut. Jon’s recently published first book, "Picture yourself drumming” (Cengage Learning) is available online and at book stores..
